These buttons are U.S. Navy Enlisted button. Rank E1-E6. It features an eagle raising its head to face the wearer's right side. One talon clutching the stock of an anchor and the other grasping the anchor's shank. Around the edge of the button are a run of 13 stars which represent the 13 original states.
