Ship's Engine Order Telegraph

This is a very fine example of a rare model, free standing, Ship's Engine Order Telegraph. This not often found Siemens "Hammerhead" Engine Telegraph is made of solid brass, stands 46 inches tall, and measures 17 inches across at the head. The transmission card is in "like new condition" on both sides, the operator handle locks, and the appropriate bells sound when operated. The unit is electrified and was used in the late 1940's or early 1950's. The telegraph weighs about 120 pounds and comes with a complete copper cover that encases the operator head when it is not in use.

This unit is complete, and was recently restored (polished and mounted on an appropriate wooden base).

Price: $2,650
